The villa has three bedrooms,all double bedded. Rooms have bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobes. All bed linen and towels are provided, (except beach towels). There are two bathrooms, a spacious lounge with lounge suite, coffee table, cable tv (56 channels), DVD player, music centre, board games, books, CD`s, and DVD`s. Spacious fitted kitchen with all modcons. Electric Hob, Oven, Grill, Extractor, Auto/washer, Microwave, Electric Kettle, Iron / Board, Toaster, Fridge/freezer. There is a sun lounge with table and chairs, large french windows that open out to a spacious veranda that over looks the pool and garden areas. 
The villa has remote controlled air conditioning, that provides both hot and cold air. You can control the temperature of the villa to keep you cool in summer, and warm in winter.
The property has large private grounds, with a 10m x 5m swimming pool, pool shower, storage room, barbeque, patio furniture and sun loungers. For the dedicated sun bathers, there is a south east facing 10m x 4m flat roofed solurium with patio furniture. There you can catch the rays of the sun from sun rise to sun set. From the solurium there are views of Lake Torrevieja and near by Mountains.
The extensive gardens contain, orange, lemon, lime, olive, and apple trees. Plus a selection of plams and flowering shrubs. There is ample secure parking space for two or three cars.

For your security, there is a digital safe inhouse for all your personel belongings, door intruder alarms and an entrance gate intercom. The perimeter walls of the villa are 2m high, this gives you privacy when in the pool or having a barbeque, or just relaxing in the fabulous climate.
